Been here for 16 years and they haven’t run us out of town yet.
Only train what works. Boom.
5-Day Seminar with GM Cedric Concon
JUNE 10-14
Our club is dedicated to understanding, exploring, and actualizing the principles, philosophy, work ethic, and community of Latosa Escrima.
It has had the benefit of being supervised by several practitioners with decades of experience in Latosa Escrima, and, from 2009 until his death in 2022, directly by Rene Latosa, who was deeply amused by, supportive of, and proud of, our development and ability to produce practitioners who gain both ability and confidence with skills in self-defense, competition, and life.
COME TRAIN WITH US
Saturday 10:00am-NOON
Open to all experience levels
Contact Level: Light to moderate for new trainees
Work rate: Expect a martial arts class. 30-45min of zone 2 cardio, mobility and strength work, power and conditioning. Participants are expected to work up to their level of fitness and to regularly increase it.
Method: Saturday practice typically works in 6-10 week blocks, attempting to deliver a progressively increased volume and intensity of training. Practice is focused on developing balanced, powerful motion through a variety of angles and tactical applications, then translating that motion into variable practice and resistance and pressure. Each session typically builds on concepts and skills from the week before within a training block.
